Jefferson came to our house the same day we called for an estimate. He is very personable. He provided us with a detailed scope of the job and estimate. His price was very competitive and we decided to use his services, and we are glad we did. Jefferson and company arrived on time on the scheduled installation date. They covered many areas of our floor and carpet from the entryway to our kitchen with clear plastic sheeting. To me, it demonstrated that they care about other people’s property. The first step was the demolition of the current kitchen floor. Once that was done Alias and his brother proceeded to cut and install tile meticulously and methodically. At the end each of day they completely cleaned both indoor and outside work areas exceptionally. As they progressed I noticed how detailed and precise they were. Exceptional tile truly lives up to their name, an without a doubt, I would recommend them.

I am very happy with the results of Exceptional Tile, it looks very beautiful and flawless. They exceeded my expectations. They were meticulous in the installation. The staff is friendly, experienced and well prepared. Will did most of the work. In addition, the project was done really quick and with high quality. I had this project planned with BMS Cat, and they left me hanging waiting for months. Also YD Construction left me hanging as well for weeks. I have not heard back from neither of them. In contrast Jeff was available for questions and they did it a week after I contacted them. Thank you all for the great work!

Jefferson and his guys did a great job with installing the tile for our shower. I’d recommend Exceptional Tile for others looking for a better than average tile installer with fair pricing and good communication. He visited our house for the quote the same day I reached out to him, and he scheduled the work within a couple of weeks after I decided to move forward with him. For reference, this job took one of his workers about 4 full days to lay the tile and grout - and they did a great job of managing their mess and protecting the rest of my house while working to install the shower tiles. Even though Jefferson didn’t lay the tiles himself, he visited my house daily to check on progress & quality, as well as communicate updates to me and manage my expectations. They had the attention to detail I was looking for with the installation and they made my vision come to life. Most importantly though, Jefferson was a great communicator throughout the entire process, asking all the right questions about my preferences, how I envisioned the installation, and he set very reasonable expectations about the timing of completing the work. It was clear he cared about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. There were a couple of minor instances where I wished they laid out the tile differently, and to their credit, they pulled out the tile and redid it to my liking. I’d certainly recommend Jefferson and Exceptional Tile to others, and I’ll surely reach out to him again for my future tile needs.

Jefferson and his crew were truly exceptional from beginning to end! When I reached out to request a quote for tiling a bathroom floor, Jefferson responded promptly and professionally. He came on-site the next day to survey the project and provided clear guidance for a plan forwards. The project of laying the tile was carried out just as well. The quality of his work reflected his professionalism. These guys know what they are doing and do it very well! I’ve seen tile guys cut corners and neglect some of the finer details. This team does not do that. They are meticulous and have an eye for excellent quality and design standards. He even went out of his way to locate the exact grout color of our choice.
